Maleficent: Mistress of Evil is an upcoming American dark fantasy adventure film produced by Walt Disney Pictures, directed by Joachim Rønning, and written by Linda Woolverton, Micah Fitzerman-Blue, and Noah Harpster from a story by Woolverton.
The movie is a sequel to the 2014 movie ‘Maleficent. After the events of the first movie, Maleficent lives peacefully in the Moors. However, things take a turn for the worst when Prince Phillip proposes to Aurora, to which she accepts. With Phillip’s mother declaring Aurora her own, Maleficent turns yet again against the kingdom to take down the queen.
