Huluganga Falls is a waterfall located in the city of Huluganga, about 30 km from Kandy on the Bambarella Road in the Kandy District of Sri Lanka. The Hulaganga Ella Falls is one of the many waterfalls created by the Knuckles Range. Hulaganga Falls is about 75 meters high. The villages of Eliyadda and Arattana are fed by water before flowing into Victoria Reservoir. It is popular among local and foreign tourists and the villagers consider it part of their Dumbara heritage. The river has a lot of rocks, and even on rainy days, water is not muddy due to the lack of rocks, grasses and plants as well as environmental pollution. A few years ago, the waterfall was a popular sight, as it was the focal point for the famous teledrama “Ella Langa Waluwawa”.
